GoGourmet is a food delivery platform that connects users with local restaurants and delivery partners.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by restaurant. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoGourmet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to food quality or delivery delays.
